ABSOLUTELY NON-NEGOTIABLE TERMS OF OUR AUCTIONS! IF YOU CAN NOT
FOLLOW ALL OUR AUCTION TERMS DOWN TO THE SMALLEST REQUIREMENTS, DO NOT
NOT NOT BID!
TERMS PRIOR TO BIDDING
1. If you are new to eBay and your Feedback Rating is "0" "Zero"
(Meaning you have the number " 0 " to the left of your eBay user name)
You may not place a bid on our auctions UNLESS you do the following.
a. Email us Your FULL LEGAL NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER
* We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, however we put a lot of
time and effort into these auctions. At times, the honest must be
inconvenienced by the doings of the careless and dishonest. We thank you
for your understanding.
2. We Simply do not accept any bids from people who have Negative e
Feedbacks unless they have emailed us w/ a reasonable explanation. If an
email is not returned, the neg. feedback bidder will be retracted by the
seller.
3. All Inspection and Questions must be Completed within due time of an
auction ending. The pre buy inspection (if needed) can be made after the
high bidder wins the ebay auction, but before the 4 day payment is
required. Bidding on our auctions, is not an invitation to ask questions
or an advertisement. Read every word of our Terms and once you are sure
you want the item and you place a bid. We will allow our cars for full
inspection by any local "authorized" store or by www.carcritic.com. All
appointments for inspection must be made and paid for (by the bidder)
before we valet the car to the said inspector.
4. Once you are 110% sure you want the item, you may bid. If you are
uneasy about bidding in the slightest bit or are not too sure DO NOT
BID! Only bid if you are certain
you want the item and already have the means to complete the
transaction. We accept cashiers check/money order, bank wire and
peoplefirst.com ONLY. All the cars we sell are pre owned cars and sold
AS-IS. All Sales are final, no exceptions.
TERMS AFTER YOU HAVE WON THE AUCTION
1. Payment must be made within 4 business days or less. High bidder will
email or fax us name, address, phone/Fax # and we will FAX an official
bill of sale and payment information. We will help arrange shipping or
we can retrieve the high bidder from any local airport.
2. AN EBAY AUCTION IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. WE ARE OFFERING OUR
ITEMS AND THE BIDDER IS UNEQUIVOCALLY ACCEPTING THE MIRRORED TERMS OF
OUR OFFER BY BIDDING. THIS IS A BILATERAL CONTRACT, THE CONSIDERATION IS
A PROMISE TO BUY BY THE OFFEREE AND A FORBEARANCE TO SELL THE ITEM TO
ANYONE BUT THE OFFEREE BY THE OFFEROR. ANYONE BREACHING THEIR CONTRACT
WITH US (FOR ANY EXCUSE, AND WE'VE HEARD THEM ALL) WILL BE SUED FOR
LIQUIDATED DAMAGES OF $1,000.00 OR 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM
AND ALL ATTORNEY FEES, PRIVATE INVESTIGATION FEES, AIRLINE TICKETS,
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS WILL ALL BE ATTACHED TO THE LAW SUIT. DO YOURSELF A
FAVOR AND BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN OF YOUR ACTIONS BEFORE ENTERING INTO A
CONTRACT WITH US.
We work very hard to present the cleanest, freshest and most presentable
pre-owned vehicles sold anywhere. Most of our offerings are equal to
first line vehicles sold in reputable franchised dealerships across the
country. In fact, many of these dealers buy our inventory only to turn
around and sell it at much higher prices on their lots. It is important
when buying a used vehicle to understand that it is not brand new, but
that it has been driven a certain number of miles. Our vehicles will be
presented with good tires unless stated otherwise.
Please be reasonable in your expectations. We sell over 20 pre-owned
vehicles monthly to happy people - many of whom will call or write us
back with their satisfaction: "exceeded expectations", "better than
described", etc. We want to sell you one of our quality vehicles with a
clear understanding of what to expect for what you are paying for. We do
not sell brand new vehicles, but indisputably we sell some of the very
finest pre-owned vehicles anywhere!
